Masterbatch and special compound production
Masterbatches production takes place entirely in our new production hall in Gemert. We claim maximum flexibility there. We want to be able to switch quickly. That is why we keep a large strategic stock of pigments and basic raw materials. We have equipped our company and machinery in such a way that we can also produce small quantities of masterbatches, even as low as 5 kilos.
Modern machinery
One of our qualities is that we are a relatively new company. Unique Qolors was founded in 2018, albeit with over 30 years of experience in the plastics processing industry; experience in masterbatches, compounds & process technologies. The machinery consists of - Coperion, Berstorff, Theysohn, Collin. A total of 15 extruders including 5 single screw extruders and 10 double screw extruders. With an average output of 1250 kg per hour.
High-level quality control
Although masterbatches make up only 2% of your raw material, the bar is high: one thousandth of a gram more or less of pigment can make a substantial difference in the final quality and appearance of your finished product. Therefore, we build into the production several moments when a quality control takes place. Upon delivery of your order, you will receive a certificate stating the measured values.
